Every Zoom account starts on Free. Your Speechy account is your Zoom account: there's nothing separate to sign up for. To see your minutes or change plans, sign in with Zoom; the owner or an admin of your Zoom account can choose a plan there. You can pay before adding Speechy to Zoom, and the plan is ready the first time you open it in a meeting. Questions: [email protected]. Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes.
How minutes work
- A language-hour is one hour of interpretation into one language. One hour into two languages uses 2 language-hours (120 minutes).
- Listeners are unlimited: 5 or 500 people listening uses the same minutes.
- Minutes are shared by everyone in your Zoom account and renew each billing month: on your billing date for paid plans, and on the first day of each month (UTC) on Free. Unused minutes don't roll over.
- The Speechy panel shows how many minutes are left. Interpretation stops when they run out.
